Patient Testimonials

"As one of your most grateful and successful patients, I congratulate you on this beautiful article in HealthCare News. Mark Twain used to say that the trouble with compliments is that they never quite said enough. This is the case with you and your cataract surgery. My vision is so incredibly good without glasses, and absolutely fantastic and perfect with bifocal glasses for special uses, that I believe you deserve tremendous credit for your talent, skills, not to mention your marvelous warmth of personality and true caring for your patients." Gregory Gallivan, MD

"To the receptionist who took my first call when I was in extreme pain -- thank you for being so calming and reassuring. To the medical assistants -- your smiles, kindness, knowledge, and compassion were greatly appreciated when I was feeling so uncomfortable and frightened. And to you Dr. Jusko -- your knowledge, empathy, kindness, and the time given to me to answer all of our questions is what every patient wants (deserves) from their physician, however is not always received. Don't ever lose that compassion -- it's what makes you stand out from the rest." M.C. South Hadley, MA

"I feel very comfortable with all the staff. they are like family and have a good sense of humor, especially Kellie, Erika, and their other technicians. Dr. Jusko and his staff are the best." R.M. Springfield, MA
